A self-paced program for navigating AI-mediated hiring. Designed for mid-career professionals and career changers who want to understand how algorithmic systems have reshaped the job search, and position themselves effectively within it. Six modules, live cohort sessions, and a practical toolkit for standing out in a system flooded with AI-generated content.

FuturesJam

A workshop experience for teams and communities. Participants map the AI-mediated systems shaping their field, identify leverage points, and design responses that work for them rather than against them. Available as a single session or multi-part series.
